Admin group gathered at SSM Nagar site and reviewed the construction status as it resumed after NGT clearance.
Admin group along with 20+ members went to SSMBP Office. Mr.Santhanam Sir accepted to meet our admin group. He received us well and understands the frustration of all flat purchasers.
Here is what admin group discussed with Mr.Santhanam Sir
1. Once the project restarted, getting the loan either from BOI or any other institutions is not a problem.
2. He accepts part payment of the loan he requested and it is not mandatory that all should pay loan.
3. He assures delivery of all flats in January 2017 and even if there any delay due to funds it could be 2 to 3 months delay.
4. He started the process of converting 1BHK owners to 2BHK.
5. Work will start in full swing from mid of May 2016
6. Rent is not linked with the loan.
7. Transport fees could be reimbursed for the flat owners submitting the fees paid receipt to builder’s office.
8. More than 2000 trees were planted inside the campus and he ensures it will be green environment.
