Use this form to enroll membership. Please make membership fees through NEFT/IMPS and have the reference number handy. Once we received the details, reconcile the bank account, receipt will be made and shared through email id provided. Allow us 5-7 days to receive a confirmation mail from us, if not then you can approach either Sathish or Kalai regarding the status. Physical receipt can be collected later from Sathish.
Instructions to be followed:
- Download the Membership enrolment form and fill it
- Membership should be in the name of the Owner. You can include both names, in case of Joint ownership
- Have a Possession letter copy and ID proof copy of the owner
- Scan the membership form, possession letter and ID Proof
- Make membership fees payment and have the NEFT/IMPS reference number
- Fill the below form, attach scanned forms and submit
